I have operated in the residential Development field for over 25 years.

 

Acting as I have  as Planning Director, Design Director and Technical Director, I am well placed to bring an extensive skills base to all projects.

 

My experience has been honed on projects as wide ranging as single plots to masterplans for over 2000 residential units, Commercial projects, Leisure facilities, Industrial and retail Developments and specialist areas such Heritage and Modular Housing

  • Deliver all aspects of design work and planning work up to and including planning stages

  • Manage consultant teams, coordinate programmes and deliverables and provide Client and end user reports  to support projects at all stages.

  • Work with Local and Central Government as advisor and panelist

  • Undertake and provide advice on delivery of projects through to completion

Mark Gilpin

Outside of work I am a keen traveller and I like nothing better than exploring and creating new memories

I have a passion for Porsche Cars, I like motor racing and spend much of my time at Goodwood Motor Circuit. and other racing venues.

​

I am a family man and like nothing better than enjoying time spent with family and friends, walking our dogs and taking the time to value working hard and finding the balance in life.
